thank you for the DD! and thank you all for your lovely comments and favs. it really does mean a lot.

i only wish i had enough time to thank each and every one of you personally.

(a bit of trivia for you; this puppy arrived in the mail at her new home on the same morning it got a DD!)

about penny

this a sweet little puppy amigurumi made for a trade with

who i hope she's cute enough for!

penny's crocheted with a 3mm hook and premium acrylic yarn.
she has hand-painted safety eyes, a cute little black safety nose and a hand embroidered mouth. the patches on her feet and around her eye are made from upcycled floral fabric. and she is finished off with a handmade velour collar complete with rhinestone detailing and and a cute vintage flower pendant.

her ears are not stuffed and due to the nature of the yarn are able to be posed in all sorts of ways to give her a variety of expressions!

some tiny modifications to the pattern means she sits a slight bit taller than my other work at edging just below 5".

name inspired by the fact i was watching my george harrison - living in the material world dvd as i was adding the finishing the touches and it reminded me of my long weekends in liverpool! (and my walk down penny lane!)
